Before founding Unmatched Ops, Michelle built a Quality Management System from scratch for a Fortune 100 logistics company, led ISO 9001 certification end to end, and drove 25% year-over-year operational improvement across a 200+ person operation. She then spent nearly three years embedded inside ActiveCampaign, building the CRM architecture, lifecycle automation, and reporting infrastructure that supports large-scale operations at platform level.
